for microbial single-cell RNA sequencing data. It standardises
bacterial input objects from count matrices, 10x Genomics
directories or Seurat objects, and computes prokaryote-specific
quality-control metrics such as ribosomal RNA fraction. It
performs batch integration with several backends and scores the
resulting embeddings with scIB-inspired benchmarking metrics.
It also supports pseudobulk differential expression with edgeR
and Time Aware Trajectory Analysis (TATA), a time-informed
trajectory abstraction for perturbation time courses.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/biocstaging/actions/runs/38172208718</link><pubDate>Sun, 11 Oct 2026 19:52:50 GMT</pubDate><r:package>scProkaR</r:package><r:version>0.99.2</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://biocstaging.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/BiocStaging/scProkaR</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>scprokar-workflow.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>scprokar-workflow.html</r:filename><r:title>scProkaR core workflow for microbial single-cell RNA-seq</r:title><r:created>2026-03-23 11:11:56</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-11 19:52:50</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>tata-workflow.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>tata-workflow.html</r:filename><r:title>Time Aware Trajectory Analysis (TATA) with scProkaR</r:title><r:created>2026-03-23 11:11:56</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-11 19:52:50</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
